All-road/Gravel
Road bikes designed to handle a variety of rougher surfaces such as dirt and gravel.
Typical attributes include:
- Wider, smooth-tread tires, typically from 38-48mm
- Often use 650b wheel size to keep overall rim diameter similar to traditional road bikes
- Higher trail figures of around 57-71mm for improved handling off-road
- Short to mid-length chainstays of 421-443
