Typical attributes include:
- Fat, "balloon" tires, 40mm to 2.5" wide
- Very high trail figures of around 70-90mm for stable handling
- Very long chainstays of 460-480mm
- Swept-back handlebars, single-speed or 3-8 speed drivetrains, and often step-thru frame designs
